The service was really good. Super friendly and attentive staff. The ambience is relaxed, exactly what I would expect from a mom and pop establishment. I did find the menu prices to be a little on the high end, but the food was delicious. My hubby had the steak and eggs. He says the steak was really juicy and tender, and a decent size. I had the Machaca with eggs. It was tasty and so was their green salsa. They were kind enough to make an accommodation for me, and that was truly appreciated. My husband and I are just making our way through all the different establishments in the high desert and not wanting to go back to the same place over and over, but this one will be on the list of placed to revisit if we are in the area.
Very nice and friendly place. But the food is delicious. They take pride in their food and they make you feel at home. The owners are so kind and attentive. Lupita the server is very kind and welcoming. Knows the products very well. Home away from.
Everything was great. The food was hometown cooking. The latino staff is great, friendly, and very attentive. The only bad thing I can say is that I personally hate when I walk into a business and they have fox news on the TV. I can't stand having to eat my food while listening to racist bigotry. I prefer not to hear or watch fake news while I'm trying to eat a sensible lunch or dinner. It really says a lot about the ownership when they subject their clientele to such nonsense! Please keep your political views out of my quiet time. Last thing I want is to listen to these clowns while I'm eating! Change the channel or turn of the TV!
Love this place. Me and my family have tried several different things and we have never been disappointed about our food. Mine and my mom's favorite from here is their menudo. The flavor is delicious, and they use the good honeycomb tripe with hominy . The prices are good and big portions. Great people that work there Give it a try
Spring House is an amazing place to eat. I've taken my cousin who is a really hard critic and he had nothing but nice things to say. I also took my mother in law and father in law and they enjoyed it also. My wife and I find ourselves there at least once a week. Steak, eggs, hash browns and pancakes or French toast a favorite dish I enjoy weekly and look forward to having. It's a very friendly environment. Highly recommend.
